Ty Ty the Tool Guy is a builder who appears in Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!. He is the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! version of Ty Pennington, a carpenter well known for his TV show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition".
He is shown to have an interest in tools and buildings similarly to Widget although he realizes the importance of cooperation from the start. This is something Widget and the others later learn from Ty Ty. He is also shown to be kind and caring as he hurries to help the Quacker Family following the destruction of their original home.

Similarly to Jann Starl, his appearance is mostly based on his real life counterpart. His hair style, necklace and facial hair are examples of this. Unlike Ty Pennington, his overall hair color is lighter. He wears a blue checkered shirt and has a more square nose.

Ty Ty the Tool Guy only appeared in the episode with the same name. In this episode, he plays a relatively major role as his advice brings Wubbzy's friends ack together. This results in the new house for the Quacker Family being finished.
