- The scene where the flower comes out while Walden is doing science was used in the premiere promo for the Nick Jr. block and in a Noggin promo for the show, it can viewed at these links.
- The song was featured on The Adam Carolla Show where the titular host bashes the song and the moral it tries to teach. Another song that was also featured on the same episode was Be Happy, where he also lights into it for telling kids to always be happy.
- In the European Portuguese version, Walden's Yee-bah! and Ziggy-wig! are not heard for some reason.
