Flutterflies

Flutterflies are butterflies that appear in Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!.

Flutterflies look much like real-life butterflies, although the flutterflies do not appear to have limbs like their real-world counterpart. Flutterflies can come in a variety of different colors and patterns, with the most common color scheme having a purple body and pink wings with purple circular markings. Other known variations include:

Pink body; yellow wings with pink spots.
Dark blue body; white wings with pink lining.
Light blue body; yellow wings with blue circular markings.
Pink body; white wings with blue circular markings.
Yellow body; dark yellow wings with a plaid pattern.
Purple body; purple wings with white stripes.
Pink body; pink wings with white polka-dots.

The flutterflies first appeared in the "Flutterflies" short. They also appeared several times throughout the series.

They first appeared in the short with the same name.
In The Flight of the Flutterfly, a yellow flutterfly with pink spots on its wings named Norm appears.
In The Grass is Always Plaider, a plaid variation of the common flutterfly appears.
In the song, Beautiful World, various never-before-seen variations of the flutterfly appear.
In Special Delivery, Wubbzy refers to a flutterfly as a "butterfly". This was most likely a mistake, however.
